Mr. Marsden is an experienced trial lawyer who grew up in Saint Paul, Minnesota, travelled the world and returned to use his worldly experiences to help put perspective on the issues facing his clients. Familiar with issues involving addictions, Mr. Marsden prides himself on taking a proactive approach in anticipating solutions so that he can eliminate surprises for his clients. Meanwhile, Mr. Marsden's late father, a survivor of the Battle of the Bulge, was a well-respected jurist who gave Mr. Marsden a sense of compassion, integrity and fairness that provides Mr. Marsden with a unique set of skills to benefit his clients.
For 20 years, Mr. Marsden has successfully represented clients accused of crimes ranging from traffic charges, drunk driving, drug possession or distribution, theft crimes, sex crimes, forgery, embezzlement and murder.
